Kip Bradley is originally from Minneapolis and brings wholesome Midwest values to his over 35 years of experience in Santa Barbara real estate and management consulting. He is a graduate of Westmont College and holds the professional designations of CPM© (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM© (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He began his real estate career with Santa Barbara Capital, a real estate investment and development company.

 

As Vice President with Santa Barbara Capital, he took part in over 20 property acquisitions, managed multiple development projects and managed the day-to-day operations of the company’s holdings.
In 1994, Kip started Daketta Pacific to provide professional and comprehensive property management and real estate consulting services. Daketta Pacific is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO©) and currently oversees a small portfolio in the Santa Barbara-Goleta area.

Kip has been married to Patty for over 35 years and has three children, Nicoletta, Gabriella and Leyton. He is active in his church, serves and supports Young Life and several other local, youth-based charities, and has a passion to mentor and coach next generation leaders.
