Daketta La Cumbre, LLC was formed by Kip and Sep in 2006 to purchase the ground lease for 3883 La Cumbre Plaza Lane. The property is centrally located with the upper State Street corridor’s retail centers of La Cumbre Plaza Mall and Five Points Shopping Center and directly adjacent to Vons grocery store, AT&T Wireless, Panera Bread, Panda Express, Chipotle and many other national retailers. Originally built for Strouds, but vacant and run-down upon purchase, the partners had a vision for remodeling and re-tenanting the 5,715 square foot retail building with a high-end retail or office user. In 2007 the property was successfully leased to Wescom Credit Union, who spent over $1,000,000 on interior and exterior tenant and building improvements.  Now the property is suited perfectly for and leased by a well-known fitness/gym user.
