Sep Wolf graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara but is originally from the northern California coastal town of Santa Cruz. After an All-American collegiate and professional soccer career in Germany, Sep began his construction management and real estate development career.
While gaining experience as a project manager for Becker Construction Corporation, building high-end Santa Barbara residences, Sep fell in love with real estate and became more interested in commercial property than single-family residential. He then joined Portland-Pacific, a commercial real estate investment and development company, where he assisted in the purchase of Santa Barbara commercial properties and supervised redevelopment projects and enhancement of existing commercial improvements. In April 2003, Sep began work for Daketta Pacific as Director of Acquisitions, prospecting for and analyzing commercial real estate opportunities in Santa Barbara and surrounding counties.
A partner in Daketta Pacific since 2007, Sep uses his real estate brokers' and contractors’ licenses to focuses on acquisitions and project management. His energy and experience are valuable assets for maintaining and improving Daketta Pacific’s real estate holdings and management portfolio. Sep’s passions outside the office include outdoor activities and travel with his wife and three children. He enjoys playing tennis, golf, stand-up paddling and surfing. Sep has been married to his college sweetheart since 1999 and is the proud father of Kasia, Kelham and Kana. He is a certified Toastmaster, is active in coaching many youth sports programs like AYSO soccer and YMCA basketball, is a member of the board of directors for Santa Barbara Soccer Club, and past board member of Knowlwood Tennis Club.
