Daketta Pacific is the general partner of La Patera Investors, LP, the owner of the largest building in Goleta. This 179,000 sf building previously housed a lemon packing and distribution operation. A complete top-to-bottom redevelopment was completed to make it into a multi-tenant manufacturing, research and development, and warehouse complex.

Through renovation, re-tenanting, and careful management, the asset has increased 150% in value. Every year (including the recession years of 2008-2011) since its purchase, the partnership has been able to sustain a minimum annual cash return of eight percent (8%) to the investors.
